At Yarn2Connect, we believe every Aboriginal young person has the right to know who they are, where they come from and how they are connected to their culture, family, community and Country.
We support organisations, services and practitioners to develop culturally safe, meaningful and practical Cultural Plans that are informed by Aboriginal people, families, Elders, community and the young person themselves.
Our approach goes beyond completing a document. We focus on ensuring Cultural Plans are genuinely lived, understood, implemented and regularly reviewed so they continue to reflect the cultural needs, identity and aspirations of each young person.
